The day before the recording session we had a gig/public rehearsal at the Tchai Ovna tearoom. It was International Bagpipe Day and on striking up an improvisation, we knew it was a celebration of the day and had to be named in honour of it. The track is a recreation of the Tchai Ovna jam.
